RESOURCES

Welcome to the Resources for Resilience List

In times of uncertainty, preparation, connection, and knowledge are vital tools for resilience. This resource guide was inspired by the growing need for individuals, families, and communities to equip themselves with practical strategies, actionable insights, and supportive networks.

The resources compiled here are drawn from trusted organizations, community-driven initiatives, and publicly available tools. They cover a broad range of topics, including general preparedness, advocacy, mental health, financial support, legal information, and opportunities for connection and creativity. While the intention is to empower and support, this guide is also a living document meant to grow and evolve.

This guide was created by like-minded individuals. See the original growing doc HERE and if you have recommendations then please use this form to suggest resources you’d like to see added!

Note: This list does not constitute professional advice or endorsements. While every effort has been made to include helpful resources, users should independently verify their accuracy and suitability.
